Hi, I’m Rachel.

I am an LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate) in the state many call Colorado.

I am naturally curious, open-minded, kind-hearted, funny, brave, and empathetic. I am deeply committed to my own lifelong journey of self exploration ~ mentally, physically, and spiritually.

I have spent over 10 years working in healthcare, being hands on with patients since I was 18. Hospitals were literally a playground for me growing up, for I was the most inquisitive child of a doctor. This led to an unwavering devotion of being a healing hand in this world. From rigorous pre-medical studies in my undergraduate degree, to bringing medical missions across the globe, running internal medicine clinics during the height of the pandemic, to now holding space as a mental health therapist, this journey has been nothing short of a passionate pursuit.

At the foundation of my life and work, I prioritize the power of a nurturing environment to create a greater sense of harmony. There is non-judgmental, loving spaciousness in my heart for people of all walks of life, genders, ethnic backgrounds, religious and political affiliations. Humility, curiosity, and mutual respect are at the core of my containers. Humor is appropriately involved in most interactions with me as well, because laughter is medicine - it actually regulates your nervous system!

I was placed on this Earth to bring my attunement skills, wisdom, unconditional positive regard and deep-seated hope to as many humans as possible. My heart is set on helping each person I meet to awaken to their true essence, feel seen in their truth, stand taller in their authentic expression, grow closer to their purpose, connect more deeply with others, and find clarity in a busy world.
